Platform installation details:
1. When the platform is transported to the construction site, there is crane equipment in the construction site. The lifting ring and lock pin can be used to fix the lifting ring in the center of the platform and lock it with the lock pin. Then, the platform is hoisted by the crane on the flat ground with the platform face upward. The platform is hoisted slightly higher than the height of the leg by the crane. Then, the supporting leg is connected with the platform, and the matching screws and sw17 six screws are used The angle spanner shall be locked and the support legs shall be installed in the order of diagonal installation.
2. When the platform is placed in the construction site, there is no crane equipment in the construction site. The platform can be raised by forklift first, then two wooden wedges can be placed under the platform to support the platform, and then the platform can be lowered, the height should be higher than the minimum height that forklift can enter, then the whole platform can be forked up to the height slightly higher than the leg by forklift, and then the supporting leg can be butted with the platform The screws matched with the box and the sw17 hex wrench shall be locked, and the diagonal installation sequence shall be followed when installing the support leg.
Note: when the forklift is used to install the platform, the front fork of the forklift must be longer than the width of the platform.
