Gear Stroke Checker Use: The ring gear radial runout △Fr, within the range of the gear, the probe is in the groove or on the gear, and the two sides of the tooth height are in contact with each other, and the head is driven relative to the gear axis. For this reason, the inspection of the ring runout of the ring gear is carried out by means of the original rack-shaped measuring head. When inspecting, the inspected gear to be mounted on the mandrel is therefore placed between the two ejector pins of the gear beat checker. The rack-toothed measuring head is inserted into the teeth of the gear in turn, and indicates the amount of runout of the measuring head position to the gear axis of rotation.
